What is the US Immigrant Investor Program?
Investment immigration is an immigrant category first created in the 1990 immigration law reform (United States Immigration and Nationality Act §203 (b)(5), 8 U.S.C. § 1153(b)(5)). What is the difference between EB-5 and investor immigration?
EB-5 and investment immigration are actually two ways of expressing the same thing.
