Announcement of EB-5 Quota for the Fiscal Year 2024 (4-2)

In the 2022 EB-5 reform, the U.S. Department of State stipulates that out of the annually allocated 10,000 EB-5 visas, 32% (3,200 visas) must be set aside for Regional Center investors, distributed among three types of Regional Center EB-5 projects: Infrastructure projects, Rural Area projects, and High Unemployment Area projects.

●Rural Area Investors: 20% allocation, approximately 2,000 visas annually

●High Unemployment Area Investors: 10% allocation, approximately 1,000 visas annually

● Infrastructure Project Investors: 2% allocation, approximately 200 visas annually
